Crispy Stock is the musical celebration for the life of Crispy Verncombe the UK Air Guitar Champion who was tragically taken from us in September 2006. Every year his closest friends organise a music festival in memory to him held at the George Pub in Andover, and this year is no different with two days of belting rock music being performed to the masses.

Even though this isn’t our own creation we thought we’d create a blog about this event as it is a great story of dedication and celebration, as well as extreme rocking over the two nights, which suits us down to the ground! As well as the main stage bands performing across the weekend, there is an acoustic stage in the bottom part of the pub where acts will perform throughout the daytime. So you can enjoy a soothing pint and listen to some strumming, which should lead you in nicely to the evening’s entertainment. Richie Madisun will be playing on the Sunday acoustic stage, and some of the main bands playing include Bad Love and Licker and the yearly reforming Swedish Student.
